Holt Construction Group origins
Born & raised in middle Tennessee, Chris has worked throughout the state and Northern Alabama on varying projects ranging from Vanderbilt University’s Jacobs Hall to facilities in the State of Tennessee Department of Corrections. Since its inception in 2013, Holt Construction Group’s goal has been to revive true trades and craftsmanship in the construction industry. Holt Construction Group consistently handles both large and small projects with the same attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Every man is a carpenter. As a company, we self-perform a large percentages of our projects, which is not a norm in our industry. When an unexpected event occurs, such as the Christmas Day bombing, and an emergency response is needed, it is typical to see our project managers, estimators, and our owner with tools in hand as a part of the response crew.
We don’t chase a certain type of work. When we encounter issues we haven’t seen before, we develop new skillsets to tackle the situation. We don’t shy away from the difficult jobs because, at our company, they are viewed as skill developers.
We possess the expertise and equipment to perform very difficult tasks. we specialize in the hard, the nasty and the difficult. it has been said amongst our team, "when everyone runs out, that's when we walk in."
